Frank N. Darras wrote an article for Law360 covering the latest ins and outs of NIL and recent legislation hoping to offer guidance to our collegiate athletes. To date, there is no Federal law and dozens of states have passed NIL laws or proposed laws to govern this issue. Mr. Darras highlights the need for a comprehensive Federal law that sets forth policy and enforcement and ways to better support our collegiate athletes.
